I got a doctorate in cell biology, and soon after abandoned labwork to stay home with my two girls, Gnarly (6/09) and Walby (8/11). Congratulations!! Having been a grad student myself, I know the massive amount of work, energy, and dedication that goes into a PhD. What a great accomplishment! Just thinking of all the extra time for knitting you'll have now!
